The art of simple questions

Posted by on Aug 27, 2010 in Uncategorized | 0 comments

I bought a “Simple Diary“. I love to read and write, but to be honest, I don’t get the time to do that much lately. And I’m telling to myself I need to be in a certain state to create (which of course is a lame excuse)…Keels

The “Simple Diary” is a perfect coach – in 5 minutes (or less) per day, it asks the right questions.

“Your day was
(a) a freak show (b) a no show (c) a showdown.”

And the questions don’t repeat themselves. Each page is new, each day has its own questions and perspective shift. It’s the “five minute mind gymnastics” at the end of the day.

The guy who invented the “Simple Diary” says here that

“We live in the world of too much, of products that sustain products, with too much information on too many channels.”

It doesn’t take complicated coaching to get straightforward answers.

What do you want in life?

What makes you happy?

How will you get that?
(a)………..
(b)………..
(c)………..
