My name is Maria Galca and I live in Bucharest, Romania.

I’m writing the “Life Toolkit” blog to help young professionals build life changing habits. I work with talented people who want to do more, have more, live better.
I have about 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, and currently I’m training to be a certified coach at ICA (International Coach Academy or Lobii). My experience lies in working mostly with young people (students and young professionals). I also have a full time job in the corporate world.

Coaching is a form of personal development. The coach accompanies the client to success, by using mostly questions, and not giving directions. This way, the client gets to his/her own solution, without being pushed.
Training is the "fast track" solution to get knowledge. However, training is nothing without applying the newly learned skills to make them stick. That's why I deliver training paired with group coaching sessions.
